I was in your store earlier today and my bill is wrong. I'm at least $15.00 off. Now I have to go back to get my money back. Every time I go there, it's very shady. I shop here for the convenience. I try to avoid it at all cost. The manager Mr. English is a horrible person. I remember a few years ago I was purchasing a case of water for a donation to a charity event. He followed me outside the door and asked to see a receipt. When I provided him with the receipt he just walked away. I NEVER have gas rewards on my card.

I had.30 cents on gallon gas points but it dropped to 20 cents because of some expiring. I went into gas station in time but you were not open do to strike. Went in the week after strike was over for gas and I had lost 10 cents on a gallon.

The Lyndhurst, NJ store does adequately stock their shelves. Repeatedly, if there is a sale on a product, this store does not have the merchandise in stock. Also, I have found that regular priced items are not fully stocked either. This issue is constant even after bringing it to the managers attention to no avail. I will be shopping more at ShopRite which I discovered does not have this issue.

I live in Marlborough ct. I go to Colchester ct. And East Hampton ct. Stop and Shops and others. Seems, ever since you started showing that Roy Orbison song commercial, showing people bringing their kids into the stores things have gotten very bad. It's like going to Chucky Cheese. Wall to wall kids of all ages. Screaming and running around. Babies in shopping carts with smelly diapers sitting where someone else might put their food.. Kids grabbing food and fruit with their snot nose fingers and then their parents telling them to put it back. So many of them with me being in a hurry to get to work, that I have to back track to another isle, taking more time, just to get what I need or to just get out of the store. It's become an aggravating ear and eye sore that is just a totally bad experience, giving me a bad head ache and just killing the good experience that I used to have. Stop and Shop, you have ruined your stores with that commercial. I went down the street to the Big Y, that I never go to and found it to be such a pleasant experience that I was almost shocked at the difference. I may never go back to Stop and Shop again unless you fix the situation. P.S. Your stores give me PTSD when I leave them.

My recent visit to our local stop an shop was 2/20/19, I always find what I need, but on this trip I needed The help from the butcher, I wanted to grind my own chop meat, I was directed to a large chuck roast, an The butcher told me he could grind the whole roast into nice chuck for 3 different meals for my family . It made A delicious meat loaf, I look forward to chillie, and my husband is waiting for a tastie hamburger. The meat Is still nice an pink in the fridge, awaiting these meals, nice help from the butcher, looking forward to his help In the future with any questions I might have on different cuts of meat I might have. I was under the impression that I sign for the $10 gift car online today before going to the store. I went to the store and I spend $129.53 and I did know receive the 10 dollar gift card. The clerk suggested to come back home and sign up again and then go back to the store with my receipt so I sign up for the gift card. I am hoping this time around I get it. Took time at lunch (walked in pouring rain) to STOP and SHOP on Elm Street in Woburn. Interested buying Nabisco BelVita crackers that are on sale in Dec 28 circular for $1.88 each if you buy three. Item rang up at $3.29 each with S&S card, per front end employee it is because it has to be "Toasted Ritz Chips BelVita" and I had the wrong item, even though the photo in circular had the exact item I had she kept telling me I was WRONG!! They are two completely different items. Nabisco BelVita is one item and Ritz Toasted Chips is another item also by Nabisco. But according to this employee the price ONLY applies to one item: BelVita Ritz Toasted Chips, which doesn't exist. I Work at TradeCenter 3 minute walk away but will not waste my lunch or any time ever going that store again.

It seems that the paper bags are so thin that 1/2 the bgs rip either when you put them in your car or take them from thecar to the house. Items break at times. This is a major issue even when bags are double bagged and at times triple bagged, Something has to be done immediately. I spend between $1000 and $2000 a month and don't want to switch stores because of the cheap thin paper bags.

Shop at your store located at 2360 Lakewood Rd in Toms River and I find that your store is not as good as the store in Medford,, NJ or then evern the store in Silverton,NJ, hope you look into it and make it a better quality store specialy in the produce dept.

I find most everything I need to purchase. I read the circular for specials and save money. The employees are very nice, which makes me comfortable to shop. If ever There is a discrepancy on price, customer service always takes care to fix the amount and treats me like a good customer. I like the fresh flowers and live plants which are sold at reasonable prices. I am a satisfied Stop & Shop customer. Thanks from one savvy customer...Keep up the good store policies.
