I use boots nearly every week. Everybody is great and helpful also polite. I love the brands and have been using them for over 30 years. Nobody will replace boots the chemist. They sell a wide range of products and I buy a variety of them. They make me and my skin feel amazing. I am 50 and everyone thinks i'm 38. THANK YOU SO MUCH BOOTS I LOVE YOU.

Was in the Tower Centre Boots yesterday with my elderly mum who was looking for advice on cosmetics and skincare. We where served by a lovely lady called Jill on the No7 counter . Jill spent time with my mother finding out exactly what products she wanted then pointed out all the offers mum could take advantage of to ensure she got the best prices possible. My Mum can get nervous when shopping specially if there are lots of people about but Jill was very friendly and down to earth and put mum at ease. When my mum needs to go out shopping again i will definitely bring her in to see Jill again. My mum was absolutely delighted with the service she got. Well done Boots.

I was visiting Boots, Garthdee. pm on Friday 28 June 2019- normal 2-week to monthly visit. I was assisted by Rachael who was extremely helpful and took time to walk me round the store to locate the specific items for which I was searching, eg Braun electric toothbrush heads; vitamin D tablets; Clarins double serum and hand cream; Tena pants; lip Vaseline; Radox shower washes, male and female; wetones, wipes and tissues. With Rachael's help I completed my shopping in double quick time - plus got all I wanted. I invariably find Boots staff helpful and Rachael was particularly so - she is to be commended and should be "mentioned in despatches" !!. Regards. Helen. Aberdeen

Had a normal satisfactory and successful shopping experience at Boots, Garthdee; also favour city centre Bon-Accord store. On most recent visit - Friday 28 June 2019, I was fortunate to be assisted by Rachael who, as I have found her colleagues to be in the past, was most helpful, enabling me to complete by shopping in good time, locating all required items - and, most importantly, keeping my patient, waiting husband in good humour.
