I went to a stop and shop 235 old Connecticut path ,Framingham ma on 04/24/19 .I was looking to buy a dozen of red roses and a bunch of white Dayse’s .It was around 6 pm ,I found the roses but could find a Bunch with only white Dayse and the florist had left for the day .Then a store manager Michael Mercier went to the florist refrigerator and did a bouquet of white Dayse as I need .I really appreciate his gesture because he went above and beyond to make a happy customer.He stops everything he was doing to help me .Thanks Michael

I just returned from shopping at the North Quincy store and find I have been charged for 50 items I did not buy. This totals, according to my calculation off the receipt, $108.83 and I am confused on how this happened. I suspect that the customer in front of me never completed their order as some of the items I was charged for were in his carriage. What can I do about this?

We asked several times about a product that you have ceased to bring in: Italian Green beans. We have asked for this product several time to mention a few. No results yet. No on you freezers as of 1/2 hour ago. I know that as of 1/2 hour ago when I was at your store in Mill Plain Road, Danbury. I know that Shop Rite has it as it is there were I have to go to get it. WHAT I S THE Problem?

On 6/3 I loaded 2 digital coupons onto my Stop & Shop card. Went to the store, in East Haven, CT, maybe 2 hours later. At self checkout the total did not reflect the savings. Michele, the associate at the self checkout told me that it could take up to 24 hours for digital coupons to load to my card. TWENTY FOUR HOURS!!!!!!! And she very nicely told me that she herself could do nothing to help me but suggested I go to the Solution Center. I hate going there; always mobbed with lottery ticket buyers. Anyway, while in line, Michele got her manager, Joe, who took me to another register and who couldn’t have been nicer and he refunded my money. He clarified that, yes, it can take several hours for digital coupons to load and agreed that that is ridiculous. Had it not been for Michele and Joe I probably would have walked out of there and never gone back. They need some recognition.......can’t say the same about all employees.

I love my store. Its clean and fairly well stocked. Awesome floral sec. but needs a florist. Daniel and Farut, the managers, are always on the floor working. They are open to suggestions and usually follow up on concerns. Urban stores dont seem to have the same level of corporate support and that's a problem.
